- I've been living with a rare neoplastic disease called Systemic Mastocytosis for a few years now. Thanks for some hope! My friend has SM and I would like to help. He is 54 and has lost about 40 lbs. He has been diagnosed for about 4 months. Any advice on how to proceed?
